Heat Pump Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Heat Pump Sales Manager to join a leading renewable‑energy company with over 15 years of experience. The role focuses on residential heat‑pump solutions, converting pre‑generated leads into satisfied customers and supporting the growth of our commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and convert pre‑generated residential heat‑pump leads.
• Educate customers on smart energy systems and the benefits of heat‑pump technology.
• Develop relationships with commercial clients in the renewable sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Proven track record in securing business within the renewable‑energy sector.
• Confident, self‑motivated sales professional with strong B2C experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical customers.
• Experience working with residential heat‑pump products is desirable.

• Base salary £30,000‑£40,000 per year plus OTE £60,000‑£70,000.
