HGV Delivery Driver – Temp to Perm, Eastleigh

About the role

We are seeking reliable HGV Delivery Drivers for a well‑established distribution client based in Eastleigh, Southampton. The position is a temporary role with a clear path to permanent employment, offering a regular Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and start times between 5 am and 7 am.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver alcohol products to a range of customers nationwide, supported by a Driver's Mate.
• Carry out multi‑drop deliveries, including loading and unloading stock.
• Maintain compliance with road safety and tachograph regulations.
• Provide a friendly, professional service and complete delivery paperwork.
• Operate from a well‑connected Southampton depot.

Required profile

• Valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC and Digi‑Tacho card (new passes welcome).
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Proactive team player with a strong focus on customer service.
