About the role
Scania is seeking an HGV Technician to join its Glasgow workshop on a rotating shift pattern. You will work on heavy commercial vehicles, delivering high‑quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on HGVs, LCVs and related vehicle types.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Follow the two‑week rotating shift schedule (Week 1 mornings, Week 2 evenings).
- Participate in continuous training at Scania’s National Learning Academy.
Required profile
- Relevant qualifications or proven experience with HGV, LCV, car, agricultural, plant or military vehicles.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Commitment to health and safety best practices.
