Home Delivery Driver - Argos

About the role

Argos is hiring a Home Delivery Driver for its Malvern store (WR14 1JQ) on a part-time, fixed-term assignment of 15 hours per week, running until 26 December 2026. The rate is 14.23 pounds per hour. Shifts include early shifts (05:30-12:30) and late shifts (13:15-21:15).

Key responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver a variety of products to customers' doorsteps, on time and in good condition.
• Check the van is organised, clean and roadworthy and that delivery cases are secure before driving.
• Serve customers, answering questions and keeping them informed of any delays.
• Use new technology confidently and drive a large vehicle safely in residential streets and country lanes.
• Help maintain the stock room or shop floor when not on the road, and build knowledge of products, services and promotions to give recommendations.

Required profile

• Over 18 years old.
• Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Online driving risk assessment during the interview, followed by a driving assessment on joining.
