Home Delivery Driver – Flexible Shifts

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers to join our team and become the friendly face of Iceland. In this role you will deliver grocery orders directly to customers, ensuring a high level of service and safety on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vans safely, following manual handling procedures.
• Conduct pre‑journey van checks and adhere to safe driving practices.
• Deliver food orders in optimal condition and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in store operations when needed.
• Manage time independently and work flexible shifts between 6 am and 11 pm.

Required profile

• Full driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer experience.
• Punctual, deadline‑driven and strong road‑safety awareness.
