Hospitality Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist with Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. Your warm hospitality will set the tone for each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications efficiently.
