Host / Receptionist for Leeds Platform Building

About the role

As the first point of contact for Bruntwood's Platform building in Leeds City Centre, you will represent the company to tenants, visitors and event participants. The role blends hospitality, administration and community building to create a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience for all building users.
• Welcome visitors, manage enquiries mailbox and support front‑desk operations.
• Assist with the coordination of events, meetings and room bookings.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, including lounge and co‑working areas.
• Collect and update customer intelligence to aid sales and retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth building operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable personality with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, cabin crew or similar front‑of‑house roles.

Required skills

• Administrative experience, including managing email enquiries.
