Hotel Night Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Receptionist to join our hotel team. Working the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from welcome and check‑in to check‑out, handling requests promptly and courteously.
• Answer internal and external calls with a warm, professional tone and provide personalized information.
• Assist with rooming, deliver in‑room amenities, and escort guests to their rooms while explaining features and technology.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, bookings, accounts, and credit‑card invoicing.
• Provide local area knowledge, recommendations, and make reservations for guests.
• Perform front‑of‑house administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Previous receptionist experience, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Experience with hotel openings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Competitive gross annual salary of £36,000‑£37,500 (inclusive of service charge) based on a 40‑hour week.
