Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our close‑knit team at The Wellington Hotel. You will welcome guests, ensure their rooms are immaculate, and help create a warm, home‑like atmosphere throughout their stay. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly welcome to guests and maintain a high standard of hospitality.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Support the front‑of‑house team by ensuring rooms are ready for arrival and departure.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
