Housing Level 2 Apprentice

About the role

Join Sanctuary Group’s award‑winning Apprenticeship Programme as a Housing Level 2 Apprentice in Banbury. You will work within the Lettings Team, supporting customers through the moving process while studying for a nationally recognised Housing Level 2 qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Customer Lettings Coordinators in matching tenants with suitable homes.
• Support customers throughout the moving journey, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Gain practical experience of the lettings process and housing services.
• Develop a solid understanding of Sanctuary Homes’ property portfolio.

Required profile

• Demonstrate willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.
• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4‑9 in Maths and English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract for 15 months.
