HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a fast‑growing, multi‑site business as an HR Advisor. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation to managers and staff.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, from vacancy creation to offer stage.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Support employee‑relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Assist with performance review processes and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records, systems and employee data.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and culture‑focused initiatives.
• Assist with health and safety coordination across the business.

Required profile

• Previous HR advisory experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee‑relations cases with confidentiality.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to prioritise a varied workload.
• Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for people.
