HR Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, from recruitment to employee onboarding and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across HR functions, including recruitment, absence management and staff development.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files and database entries in line with GDPR and employment law.
• Assist with onboarding new hires to deliver a positive induction experience.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, attendance monitoring and HR metric reporting.
• Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to promote a cohesive, compliant workplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar support role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact across teams and with external providers.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and driven to improve HR processes.
