HR Business Partner – Medical Education & Membership

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Medical Education and Professional Membership organisation in Central London to recruit two HR Business Partners – one permanent and one 10‑month fixed‑term. The role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of £50,000‑£55,000 per year, starting on 27 June 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers across the organisation to provide HR advice and guidance.
• Support employee‑relations cases, including complex issues.
• Advise on organisational change and restructuring activities.
• Coach and support managers on people‑related matters.
• Assist with recruitment, talent, and workforce planning.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting organisational change.
• Experience advising managers on HR matters.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
• Background as an HR Business Partner or senior HR adviser.
• Knowledge of handling complex employee‑relations cases.
