HRIS Product Owner (SuccessFactors) & Workforce Analytics Lead

About the role

Join JERA Nex bp, a joint venture focused on offshore wind, as the HRIS Product Owner and Workforce Analytics Lead. You will own SuccessFactors from an HR perspective, bridge HR, Digital and implementation partners, and deliver high‑quality workforce data and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary functional owner for SuccessFactors, managing the enhancement backlog and roadmap.
• Partner with HR, Digital and external partners to translate business requirements into system solutions and configure modules such as Performance Management, Compensation and Talent.
• Establish and maintain workforce reporting, dashboards and KPIs in SuccessFactors and Power BI, producing executive reports for senior leadership.
• Define data governance standards, champion data quality and support a single source of truth for workforce information.
• Engage with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to present insights and drive data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and Employee Central.
• Proven track record managing HR system backlogs, roadmaps and enhancements.
• Strong HR analytics background with experience developing executive dashboards and workforce insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
