Human Resources Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support its dynamic portfolio of restaurants and bars across major global cities. Based in London, you will work from the Support Office on Borough High Street and spend time in various Aqua venues, ensuring a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support restaurant managers on employee relations, performance management and turnover reduction.
• Lead a Junior HR Manager, providing guidance and overseeing day‑to‑day HR activities.
• Collaborate with the HR Director and a six‑person HR team to drive HR initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance management and career development programmes.
• Manage the split of restaurant responsibilities between senior and junior HR roles.

Required profile

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Proven ability to handle complex HR matters and larger teams.
• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
