Hybrid Mortgage Advisor – Up to £75k OTE in Preston

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a busy city‑centre branch in Preston. You will work closely with a high‑performing estate agency team, receiving a steady flow of introducer‑led mortgage opportunities and strong protection sales potential, while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Conduct appointments face‑to‑face, over the phone and via video.
• Convert estate‑agency referrals into completed mortgage business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and introducers.
• Manage the mortgage pipeline from enquiry through to completion.
• Maximise protection opportunities and ensure FCA compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and develop a sustainable client bank.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding mortgage and protection targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FCA regulations and mortgage compliance.
• Understanding of whole‑of‑market mortgage products.
