Hybrid Paid Search Manager – Growth Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Hybrid Paid Search Manager to join our award‑winning growth marketing agency. You will work with a portfolio of home, garden and lifestyle brands, shaping paid search strategy and delivering measurable business growth. The role combines strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving and data‑driven optimisation in a hybrid office/home setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube campaigns for multiple clients.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and adjust bids, targeting and creative to exceed KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Paid Social and Creative teams to ensure integrated, cross‑channel strategies.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on how paid search aligns with broader commercial objectives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot tracking setups using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads Editor.
• Produce regular performance reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid search campaigns for B2C brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.
