IBEN Associate – Talent Management

About the role

The IBEN Associate supports the Global IBEN department in delivering high‑quality educational services worldwide. Working from the IB Global Centre in Cardiff (and occasionally The Hague), you will help assign qualified educators to IB events, maintain accurate data, and ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assign educators to IBEN assignments within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Share event information with IBEN teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update all IBEN data systems, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve IBEN queries in line with organisational KPIs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of IBEN staff.
• Provide data and insights for project initiatives, continuous improvement, and future planning.
• Collect and communicate feedback on processes to drive enhancements.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build productive relationships.
