Technology Recruitment Consultant – up to £32k + OTE

About the role

Client Server is seeking a Technology Recruitment Consultant to join its high‑performing team in central Cardiff. You will work on a warm desk, driving the full recruitment cycle for technology positions across Europe while benefiting from comprehensive training and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and place high‑calibre technologists in client‑defined roles.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, expanding your own portfolio and contributing to business development.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial outreach to final placement, with support from advertising and marketing teams.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, delivering quality service that fuels team success.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in technology or a related sector.
• Competitive, determined mindset with strong time‑management abilities.
• Client‑focused, consultative and ethical approach to recruitment.
