IBS, ITOL, Mapping & Vulnerability Manager

About the role

Santander Digital Services is looking for an IBS, ITOL, Mapping & Vulnerability Manager to oversee the full data lifecycle across the organisation, ensuring data assets are managed securely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual Important Business Services (IBS) refresh and importance assessment using structured methodologies and data validation controls.
• Deliver Impact Tolerance (ITOL) calibration through quantitative models and evidence‑based challenge frameworks.
• Design and maintain end‑to‑end service mapping architecture, guaranteeing completeness, accuracy and traceability across systems and processes.
• Implement data‑led dependency modelling across technology, cyber, data and third‑party ecosystems to identify systemic vulnerabilities.
• Develop mapping data models, lineage and integration pipelines to provide consistent, scalable resilience insights.
• Establish data quality frameworks and controls to ensure mapping integrity, consistency and audit readiness.
• Drive vulnerability identification using advanced analytics and linkage techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing the entire data lifecycle, from acquisition and storage to analysis and dissemination.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.
