IFA Administrator – Financial Services (St Albans)

About the role

We are looking for an IFA Administrator to join our financial services team in St Albans. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the paraplanning team, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of client‑facing documents and compliance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client‑facing documents such as cover letters, one‑pagers and supporting paperwork for review meetings.
• Manage diaries and arrange initial and annual review meetings.
• Process Letters of Authority, request policy information, chase outstanding responses and file documentation accurately in iO.
• Prepare and dispatch monthly valuation reports and statements to clients.
• Maintain compliance records, ensuring all documents are up‑to‑date and stored correctly.
• Handle client and provider communications via phone, email or post.
• Update client data in iO, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively follow up with providers for missing information.
• Scan, categorise and file paperwork within the document management system.
• Track and resolve tasks through the ticketing system, meeting deadlines and supporting team workflow.
