Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Bionic is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to join its fast‑growing London sales floor. You will work with small‑ to medium‑size businesses, helping them secure better energy contracts and presenting a range of related services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and close real‑time qualified inbound leads.
• Identify customer needs and match them with suitable energy products.
• Research and present the best available deals.
• Act as the customer's account executive, managing the relationship from enquiry to contract.
• Follow up with customers at agreed times to discuss options.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Cross‑sell additional services such as telecoms, water and insurance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in B2B or telesales.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and resilient under pressure.
• Consultative, value‑focused sales approach.
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Punctual, focused and dedicated.

Required skills

• Experience pitching, negotiating and handling objections.
• Proficiency in managing inbound sales calls.
