Income & Administration Officer – Housing Association

About the role
We are looking for an Income & Administration Officer to join our housing association team. You will provide income management advice and support to customers, helping them sustain tenancies and maximise rental income.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver income administration for a portfolio of properties.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on rent arrears and tenancy sustainability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximise the organisation’s rental income.
- Produce reports and communications using IT systems.
Required profile
- Experience working with vulnerable and diverse customer groups with complex needs.
- Background in a customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathise with customers.
- Confidence to make decisions in rent arrears management.
- Competent literacy, numeracy and administrative abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard IT and reporting systems.
