Independent Financial Adviser – Retiring Directors Client Base

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to join an award‑winning independent financial adviser (IFA) practice serving a well‑established portfolio of retiring directors. Whether you are a newly qualified adviser or an experienced professional, you will receive full administrative support while building relationships with a ready client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to an existing portfolio of director‑level clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior advisers and administrative staff to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participate in hybrid working arrangements, attending the office at least three days per week.

Required profile

• Qualified or willing to obtain the necessary financial adviser certifications.
• Eagerness to learn from a retiring IFA and integrate into an established client base.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.

• Base salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 (potentially up to £70,000 for established advisers).
