Industrial Recruitment Account Manager

About the role

Corus Consultancy is seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment Account Manager to join its London team. You will be responsible for delivering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients operating in the industrial sector, while building lasting relationships and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing industrial clients.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Source, interview and place candidates in a range of industrial roles.
• Coordinate workforce planning to meet client staffing requirements.
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain ongoing communication.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and internal procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and account performance.
• Resolve client and candidate queries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Strong account management and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
