Inside Sales Representative – Vision Care

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its Vision Care Sales Team in Watchmoor Park, Camberley. The role focuses on supporting opticians, ophthalmologists and contact‑lens practices across the United Kingdom, driving growth of the company’s contact‑lens portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing customer accounts while implementing effective sales strategies.
• Drive customer satisfaction and promote the Vision Care portfolio, with emphasis on contact lenses.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and execute annual business and activity plans.
• Communicate product strategies and prioritize strategic products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems, including Salesforce.
• Own sales revenue and volume targets for the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer‑base growth.
• Execute sales initiatives and customer‑engagement activities.

Required profile

• Passion for sales with a strong customer focus.
• Interest in consultative and technical products and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of business management principles and commercial processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and identify opportunities.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
