Insurance Advisor

About the role

Howden, a global insurance group, is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join its Consumer & Local Commercial team in Bury St Edmunds. Full training is provided on the job, including workshops and coaching, and the company supports candidates through industry-recognised qualifications. No previous experience is required.

Required profile

• Enjoys talking to people, listening and building relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Problem-solving skills, able to tailor solutions to individual clients rather than use a one-size-fits-all approach
• A passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interest in areas such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine or fine art
• Ambition, as the company promotes internally and has promoted leaders from Insurance Advisor roles
