Intercompany Accountant – Fixed Term

About the role

ITV is seeking a qualified Intercompany Accountant to join its Record to Report (RTR) Inter‑company team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working within Finance Operations, you will ensure that all inter‑company transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled and aligned across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Process inter‑company journals in Oracle Fusion, adhering to policies and controls.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of inter‑company accounts and resolve variances.
• Act as the primary contact for business units to investigate and settle discrepancies.
• Support the agreement and settlement of inter‑company balances across the Group.
• Ensure compliance with inter‑company accounting policies and tax/VAT guidance.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Provide documentation and explanations for audit activities.
• Participate in system testing and continuous improvement projects within the RTR team.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post‑qualification experience.
• Proven inter‑company accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience using accounting systems, preferably Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP.
• Desirable: experience in a high‑volume transactional service centre, involvement in digital transformation, and innovative problem‑solving abilities.
