About the role
This position provides essential administrative support to the Patient Experience and Involvement Team within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. It is open exclusively to current staff members and involves regular interaction with patients, volunteers, and both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day administrative services for the Patient Experience and Involvement Team.
- Manage communications and correspondence with patients, volunteers, and partner organisations.
- Maintain accurate records, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Assist with the implementation of patient‑centred initiatives and feedback processes.
Required profile
- Current employee of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to discuss and request reasonable adjustments if needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Ability to handle confidential information securely.
