Internal Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Support professional to deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring clients and prospects receive efficient, professional, and friendly support throughout all communications and interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day coordination of live client orders and projects.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all client activity is accurately recorded.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support quotations, conversions, and ongoing client enquiries.
• Provide timely updates to clients on production progress and order status.
• Support client decision‑making with clear commercial and technical guidance.
• Escalate operational or service‑related issues to the management team when required.
• Monitor production schedules and capacity to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement across teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge where appropriate.

Required skills
