International Reservations Concierge (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Join the contact centre of Holland America Line and Seabourn as an International Reservations Concierge. You will work primarily from our Southampton office (hybrid model) and support Dutch‑speaking guests and travel‑agent partners throughout the cruise booking journey.

Key responsibilities

• Process cruise bookings via email and telephone, delivering a high standard of service.
• Handle pre‑ and post‑cruise enquiries, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Identify suitable itineraries and cruise products that match guest and agent needs.
• Build trusting relationships with guests and travel‑agent partners.
• Promote product features to retain bookings and enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional attitude, reliability and respect for customer data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• PC literacy and comfortable using standard office software.
