International Tax Manager

About the role

This newly created International Tax Manager position offers a qualified tax professional the chance to deepen expertise in international tax and transfer pricing within a respected multinational environment. You will work closely with senior tax leadership, engaging in advisory, compliance and strategic projects across Europe while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax compliance for the European acquired group and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements, coordinating with external advisers and internal finance teams.
• Support international tax projects, including M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, cash repatriation and global tax planning.
• Research and analyse evolving tax legislation and provide commercial guidance to finance and operational teams.
• Act as the primary contact for tax queries from regional stakeholders and build strong relationships across the finance function.
• Assist senior leadership with tax reporting, project delivery and cross‑jurisdictional collaboration.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional (ICAS, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
• Strong UK tax experience gained in practice or industry, with exposure to international tax matters.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a proactive, self‑motivated manner.

• Competitive salary £80,000‑£85,000 per year plus up to 20% bonus.
