Investor Relations Analyst – Hedge Fund – 60-80k Base + Bonus – Flexible WFH

About the role

We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join a rapidly expanding boutique hedge fund. Working within a newly created marketing team, you will support the Head of Sales and Investor Relations Manager, handling marketing support tasks while gaining exposure to investor meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update marketing materials and presentations.
• Manage the CRM system and ensure accurate investor data.
• Follow up with investors and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Attend investor meetings and act as the first point of contact for investor queries.
• Prepare ad‑hoc research and presentations to support internal marketing strategy decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing support, investor relations or client services.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
