IT Account Manager

About the role

Shopping Centre Limited (trading as HOMIELY) is seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to oversee its growing digital marketplace ecosystem. You will act as the central hub between the business, marketplace operators, suppliers, logistics providers and technology partners, ensuring seamless operation of our online sales channels across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage seller and business accounts on Amazon, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
• Coordinate account onboarding, permissions, integrations, platform compliance and issue resolution.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, listing health, customer feedback and service levels, producing regular management reports.
• Synchronise product data, pricing, promotions, stock availability and order information across platforms.
• Support system integrations, process improvements and data‑driven recommendations to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Organised, commercially minded IT professional with experience managing technology‑enabled business accounts.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment and handle multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance monitoring, reporting and identifying efficiency opportunities.
