About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Apprentice Technician to join our dynamic team in Perth, Scotland. This entry‑level apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience supporting our IT operations and developing practical skills in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Help maintain IT inventory and documentation, ensuring accurate records of equipment and software.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on various IT projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Mathematics and English.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
