IT Process Developer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Process Developer to join a market‑leading professional services firm in central Bristol. Working within an Agile delivery team, you will help drive business efficiency, automation and digital transformation using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The role is hybrid, with two days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy business processes and workflows across Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Enhance and optimise existing Power Platform and Dynamics applications for performance, security and best‑practice compliance.
• Build automation solutions with Power Automate and create custom apps in Power Apps.
• Document all new and existing processes to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain reports and management information within Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate processes across Microsoft systems.
• Provide support to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related tools.
• Manage and prioritise requests to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft stack.
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript and/or T‑SQL.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
