About the role
Join Zopa’s Service Desk team in Canary Wharf and become the friendly, reliable face of IT for a fast‑growing fintech bank. You will deliver fast, courteous support to colleagues across multiple sites, helping them stay productive and focused.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in‑person and remote IT support, meeting SLA targets.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and mobile devices, as well as AV equipment and Office 365 services.
- Perform proactive checks on meeting‑room AV and workspace technology.
- Manage local IT inventory, ensuring laptops, accessories and peripherals are stocked.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience by configuring new hire equipment.
- Collaborate with IT, InfoSec and engineering squads to resolve complex issues and improve tooling.
- Contribute to automation and AI initiatives that enhance service delivery.
Required profile
- Experience providing IT support in an SME or enterprise service‑desk environment.
- Strong customer‑first communication style, adaptable to different audiences.
- Enthusiasm for technology, curiosity about automation and a passion for helping users.
