IT Support Engineer – O365 & SharePoint Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced O365 Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams and Azure services, ensuring they meet operational standards across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites, ensuring security and integrity.
• Design, implement and sustain Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Monitor system performance using O365, Purview and Defender, proactively addressing potential problems.
• Create and update user guides, knowledge‑base articles and technical documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Deliver onsite IT support across all UK office locations as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands‑on experience managing SharePoint and Teams in an enterprise setting.
• Track record of developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and access management.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑aligned service management processes.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide.
