IT Support Specialist (1st/2nd/3rd Line)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a fast‑growing helpdesk team. You will deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to business customers, troubleshooting both client‑side and server‑side issues and assisting with project work where required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first, second and third line technical assistance to end‑users and corporate clients.
• Troubleshoot complex issues on Windows servers, desktops and network equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange and Intune.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks and contribute to on‑site client projects when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience working for a Microsoft‑focused Managed Service Provider.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and self‑motivated with a good sense of humour.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune).
• Windows Server and client operating systems, including virtualization concepts.
• Fundamental networking knowledge – troubleshooting routers, switches and firewalls.
