IT Support Technician – 1st/2nd Line – £29k + Training

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing, fully cloud‑based team in Middlesbrough. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support to internal users, gaining hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and a clear progression path.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for internal users.
• Support system upgrades, installations and routine maintenance.
• Work across desktops, laptops, printers and basic network infrastructure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and user support.

Required profile

• Previous IT support experience or strong technical knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills with non‑technical users.
• Desire to learn and progress within IT.
