Italian Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Spanish or French)

About the role

Join a global luxury brand exporter as a trilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing B2B support across Italian and either Spanish or French speaking markets. Based in South West London, you will work Monday‑to‑Friday, 35 hours per week, with the chance to work from home one day per week after training.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries, offering effective solutions and handling complaints professionally.
• Liaise with courier and freight companies to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor export operations, ensuring service standards are maintained in assigned territories.
• Support the Export Sales Team in additional markets and languages when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and distributors.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Italian plus either Spanish or French (trilingual).
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales or a similar support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
