Italian Speaking Travel and Operations Coordinator

About the role

This position offers the chance to manage travel logistics and customer service for Italian‑based operations. You will act as the main liaison between UK teams, Italian suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth delivery of group travel experiences, particularly in the ski sector.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for suppliers, partners and internal UK teams.
• Liaise with hotels, coach companies and other service providers to confirm bookings and itineraries.
• Resolve issues that arise during organised trips and ensure health‑and‑safety standards are met.
• Negotiate supplier rates and manage contracts.
• Facilitate communication between travel coordinators and suppliers to maintain high service quality.
• Travel to Italy during peak season to oversee operations on the ground.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Italian (essential).
• Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably with ski group travel.
• Passion for skiing and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to Italy as needed.

Required skills

• IT literacy (general computer proficiency).
