JavaScript Developer – Cambridge (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer to join a fast‑growing telecommunications technology company in Cambridge. The role sits within a close‑knit engineering team that operates with a start‑up feel while delivering SaaS products for leading tech partners. You will work on modern web‑based platforms that enable cutting‑edge connectivity and communications services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features.
• Contribute to the SaaS platform architecture and help improve performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous integration processes.
• Take ownership of projects and mentor junior team members as you progress toward senior engineering roles.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience building applications with React.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (two days onsite per week).
