Junior Associate - Private Capital

About the role

The Junior Associate will join the Private Capital practice in our London office, working directly with private equity investors and their portfolio companies across the deal lifecycle. You will be part of small consulting teams that deliver diligence, value‑creation, and exit support for leading private investors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to assess attractiveness of potential acquisitions.
• Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support due‑diligence activities, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis.
• Assist portfolio companies with strategy, digital business building, and commercial‑excellence initiatives.
• Prepare high‑impact written reports and verbal presentations for clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in finance, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving.
• High level of motivation, resilience and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
