Junior Business Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. Working hybrid (2 days on‑site) in Taunton, you will help translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements and support the delivery of business‑critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements based on strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain clear and effective documentation and communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Support system management and provide ongoing user assistance.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Holds or is committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to work with SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with users and IT colleagues.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management and prioritisation skills.
