Junior Designer – High Jewellery & One‑of‑a‑Kind

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Designer to support our Principal OOAK and High Jewellery Designer in creating one‑of‑a‑kind pieces and collections. This role offers the chance to work within a luxury jewellery house, contributing to the development of heirloom‑inspired designs for the modern woman.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Principal Designer from concept research through final production of OOAK and High Jewellery pieces.
• Prepare design presentations, sketches, CAD briefs and other visual materials.
• Research materials, historical references, craftsmanship techniques and market trends.
• Liaise with Workshop, Product Development and Production teams to communicate design intent clearly.
• Support bespoke OOAK projects as required.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, technical specifications and project timelines.

Required profile

• Passionate about jewellery history, craftsmanship and design excellence.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong visual sensibility aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Calm under pressure, able to prioritise effectively and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Jewellery Design or a related discipline.
• Understanding of jewellery construction techniques.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative tools.
• Knowledge of CAD processes (advantageous).
• Gouache painting skills (a plus).
