Junior Integrated Producer

About the role

As a Junior Integrated Producer you will join OLIVER’s production team in London, reporting to the Senior Producer. From day one you will take ownership of shoots up to £50K, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the creative brief.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end production of shoots up to £50K, handling timelines, budgets and resources.
• Support senior producers on larger, more complex projects, taking on line‑producing duties as needed.
• Prepare and circulate project schedules, call sheets, contracts, insurance documents and production overviews.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for talent, crew and agency staff.
• Ensure health and safety, legal and AdGreen compliance throughout each production.
• Work with project management teams to align deliverables with creative vision and client expectations.
• Maintain the team email inbox and the OMG production system, providing administrative support.
• Handle practical office logistics such as visitor access, supplies, postage and catering.

Required profile

• Some experience in a production environment, whether at an agency, production company or in‑house brand team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Familiarity with budgeting and timeline management.
• Understanding of health, safety and legal compliance in production.
