Junior Revit Technician

About the role

The Junior Revit Technician will join our engineering team to support the delivery of building services solutions across a variety of projects. Working under the BIM lead and senior technicians, you will develop your Revit and BIM skills in a collaborative consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D Revit models of building services systems.
• Produce coordinated technical outputs such as layout plans, sections, elevations, details and schematics.
• Maintain and update models throughout the design process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BIM standards.
• Assist engineers and designers with project delivery, coordinate with architectural and structural teams, and attend BIM coordination meetings.
• Support basic clash detection and coordination tasks.
• Generate visual outputs, including renders and model views, for reports and presentations.
• Help implement BIM processes, maintain models according to BIM Execution Plans, and contribute to company modelling standards.

Required profile

• A qualification in engineering, building services, architectural technology, construction or a related discipline.
• Some training or early experience with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and programming (e.g., Dynamo scripts).
• Understanding of technical drawings and basic design coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, and a proactive attitude.
