Key Account Executive – Customer Service Focus

About the role

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking a Customer Service‑focused Key Account Executive to join its Manchester branch. You will be the primary liaison for one of our most valuable clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their logistics journey.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all queries related to the assigned Key Account.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain and communicate delivery status updates.
• Provide regular updates to the client via meetings, calls, and emails.
• Prepare and deliver customised quotes while ensuring compliance with HMRC customs regulations.
• Verify commodity codes and invoices for accuracy before dispatch.
• Escalate additional charges and any operational issues to the line manager promptly.
• Resolve problematic issues quickly and efficiently.
