About the role
The Senior Sales Associate will represent Coach in a flagship store, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and productivity. You will act as a brand ambassador, leveraging Coach’s selling techniques and service standards to exceed shopper expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through omni‑channel and virtual selling.
- Model brand‑aligned sales behaviors and maintain high energy on the floor.
- Serve multiple customers simultaneously while anticipating their needs.
- Uphold Coach Experience standards for every interaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Support company initiatives and champion a culture of inclusion.
Required profile
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail environment (preferred).
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
